2. Service Cancellations - If you cancel a booking, refunds will depend on the notice given and the type of service .Specific  Cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.

3. Our Cancellations - We may need to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you can choose: A full refund, or to reschedule your service at no extra cost.

4. Non-Refundable Items - Any deposits, fees, or bookings marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase cannot be refunded.

6. Processing Refunds - Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval. Refunds will be made via the original payment method where possible.
